Employment Connections is dedicated to helping hundreds of North Florida
residents find employment. Here is what a few of them are saying about
their experience with Employment Connections.
"When I thought my luck had ran out I met Tonya
McNealy, a very nice Career Professional at the Madison
Employment Connections. Ms. McNealy discussed a
job listing with me that she felt I was great for. I
left my application and resumè with
her and within a week I was called for an interview and
since that time I have been happy working for Monticello
News."
"I am very thankful for meeting Tonya McNealy at the Madison
Employment Connections."

"After several nonproductive weeks of job searching using the local
papers, I walked into the Employment Connections office to
see what they had
to offer. What I found was an office full of smiling, energetic
individuals who went out of their way to refer me to several
positions in my profession.
I was offered employment within two weeks and have been gratefully
working for the last 16 months!"

"Amanda Brown entered the WIA (Workforce Investment
Act) Youth program on November 18, 2005. I knew from
the beginning she was serious about making some changes in
her life. During our first meeting I let her know the first
thing that I would require her to do do was enroll in GED
classes. She immediately took action and obtained her
GED on January 24, 2006 barely two months later. She
has since completed ten weeks of Work Readiness training and
is currently employed. Customers like Amanda remind me
why I love my job so much. I look forward to watching
her continue to achieve her goals and I am honored to have
had a small part in helping her reach her potential."
